DEMARC EXTENSIONS
When T-1/DSL/OC3 service is delivered to your
location, the service provider will normally
terminate their connection at the DEMARC.
This may be a few feet from your
telecommunications and network equipment
or a couple hundred feet away. In the later
instance, you are faced with having to
arrange for a company to come out and do
the extension. Meridian will run the
necessary cable, do all voice and data
terminations and test the lines.
WARRANTY
A one-year warranty, on parts and labor,
for all Phone Systems will be included in
the bid. The warranty on all Data and
Voice cabling is 15 years.
24 HOUR SERVICE
Meridian Networks provides 24x7 emergency service.
In the case of an emergency, a technician will
be dispatched within 4 hours; non-emergency
issues will be responded to within 24 hours
(excluding weekends and holidays).
